Why can Romanian and other countries in EU not keep beggars from Denmark?

In Denmark a large number of people from several countries in the eastern part of Europe sits on the streets in Denmark where they beg money from people passing by if they do not use the time doing crime instead.

Why do the governments in these countries not do something to keep their citizens home?

They are giving all the people from these countries a bad reputation. Danes and tourist in Denmark do now connect every citizen from these countries with beggars.

There are even some Danes who are working to protest this by listing firms who have invested in the eastern part of Europe putting pressure on the firms to relocate jobs back to Denmark.

When Denmark allow some Danes to go abroad and the Danes present Denmark in a poor manner, Denmark do something to stop it.

Some years ago a large number of students went to Prague to do what little there is to do down there. The students came in number of 10,000 where they started to binge-drink as they do in Denmark. The behavior which is normal in Denmark shocked the local citizens and people in Denmark decided to stop this so the reputation of Denmark in general would not suffer.

So the travel agencies were fined huge fines because they showed smiling young Danes on their websites. A smile from a Dane is only expected when they drink. Otherwise Danes are all business. Secondly Danes made the “Remain home” campaigns. As result there are no longer a massive number of Danes traveling to Prague. The reputation of Denmark was saved.

So we are asking ourselves. Are the governments in Poland, the Czech republic, Hungary and Romania not caring about their reputation? Why are they not harassing the families of the beggars sending a signal to keep them at home?

The Danes will introduce harsher punishment and the shelters will be secured with systems which allows people in if they have Danish passports only hoping that the coming winter will either force some of the beggars home or kill them off.

It will fix part of the problem but the Danish population are looking at the governments in these countries asking themselves. Do you care about your reputation and your people at all?
