Currupt judges – why are they not removed

In family on May 26, 2013 at 18:20

I just saw a facebook group called Prosecute Judge Dawn Amacker. Families are destroyed by the biased actions of this judge. If you are a citizen of St. Tammany Parish, I can give you only one advice.

Years ago the very same happened in Lucerne County in Pennsylvania. Strict judges, harming children.

In Pennsylvania the motive was money. It was payment to the judges in order to detain as many children as possible.

I don’t know the motive of Judge Dawn Amacker. Maybe it was something the media should investigate. Until they do, families are better advised to leave this area.

  1. You have no idea how bad she is and how terrible the things are that she’s done. Keep following prosecute Amacker on FB. She will not get away with it forever. 🙂

  2. Yes. We had her as a judge as well. Coming from a home where I was taught to respect authority, her poor (to say the least) decisions in my child custody case shook me and my family at it’s foundation. The lack of trust established by her actions, has given St. Tammany Parish Family court a very bad reputation. So now it is time for the friends and families of the people of the “family” court she has … thrown unjustly in jail, fined, insulted and the children she has repeatedly failed to protect, must take a stand and speak out. St. Tammany Parish and Washington Parish should not allow such Shenanigans in our official court of family law. Dawn Amacker is making a mockery of the family and it’s values. Although her decisions have been personal, shining a light on her ways is simply good business as far as I am concerned.

  3. Dawn Amacker is an affront to Jurisprudence and Justice. She micromanages as such her docket is overcrowded producing lengthy delays. She has claimed that she is overworked but her backlog is due to her inefficiency and willingness to manipulate the docket to benefit her cronies and personal agendas. She abuses her judicial discretion and disregards case law and legal precedents. She is a cancer that needs to be excised.

  4. I, along with my child are a survivors of domestic abuse. After having my spouse arrested and convicted twice for domestic violence, he was allowed to go before this judge for custody rights while under a restraining order. Amacker should have thrown it out because of the stay away order from criminal judge, but she held on to it. She has allowed my ex to harass me in the judicial system still to this day.

  5. Amacker was peculiar in school and seems to suffer from delusions of grandeur with no conscious for the innocent children she has caused inexcusable and insufferable pain to.
Judge Amacker is simply not honorable and often chooses the role of litigator whilst in judicial robe. God bless the poor souls that she does not personally care for.
