Now where the year is over, I just want to look back at a year which proved to be very hard for us Danes. The country once known as the happiest country on the earth is hardly to recognize. It is basically a shadow of itself.

First we got a new government. Of course the old one was worn down and too tired to be able to govern Denmark further. We needed new blood instead of Mr. “Excuse me with my banging” as we saw it at COP15.

But they came into office with a lot of empty promises. They had nothing and it seems that they are able to succeed with nothing because the old government got everyone involved with spying on the tax paid by the present prime minister. What exactly went wrong with this case I don’t know.

In countries Denmark had compare itself with like Russia the public employees do spy on members of the opposition. It is standard behavior. In Russia the public employees succeed in protecting the political elite, but not here in Denmark. What is there to say? We are amateurs in normal political games!

Denmark is no longer a welfare society. In Denmark families are bankrupted if they seek treatment for their children before the illness is life threatening. A lot of families with children suffering from mental illnesses like depression seek help by the local child protection services only to discover that they shouldn’t have reached out for help but waited coldhearted until the illness explode so their child is close to death. Then they can get free treatment in hospitals. If they don’t wait then the law – (Order number 498 of 2011) – allows the social services to send a huge bill every single month. How do you tell your child that you have lost your home because you wanted to save the child? How do you tell siblings that they have to give up everything? Friend and a school they like because they have a sister or a brother who is ill?

No Denmark is not a welfare society. In some nursing homes diapers are used twice in order to save money.

The obvious question is: How can we improve the present economic situation in Denmark so we can regain our right to early retirement and by this reclaim our previous status as a welfare society?

The answer is: The undeveloped countries must suffer. We cannot provide aid to anyone abroad as long as our own population suffers.

A country like India should not have one cent. With help by unorganized labor they undermined the jobs in the Information technology business so none can earn a living which enables them to feed their family. Any IT-job in Denmark has become a charity because workers from India came to Denmark ready to work a full day of work for a cup of rice.

The case with the author and humanitarian Niels Holck showed us that they can some kind of wrong kind of image of themselves which should enable them to make demands of a culture so much more developed than they are. I don’t understand why we haven’t cut them off long ago but continues to provide aid to the part of their population they don’t care about. Maybe if we didn’t support the poor part of their population and they started to die as result of the neglect they are victim off due to a corrupt government, they would start to rebel.

Fact is that we don’t need India. They are only hiring to destroy our industry and put employees out in unemployment or to lower salaries so much here in Denmark that our workers will no longer be able to feed their families.

2011 was a hard year for Denmark and 2012 is not going be better. In fact if the world broke down in 2012 as some state it would do, it really wouldn’t matter much because without early retirement there and with increased fines for traffic violations there is nothing left to enjoy in life.

I wish that I had something more positive to say about 2011, but that I am not able to.

Merry Christmas and a “happy” new year.

Carsten Hansen – member of our parliament and also minister of something less important was involved in a sexscandal where he made several inappropiate remarks to a woman. Money were exchanged and while some would think it should cost him parts of his career, nothing seems to happen.

As several in the business of politics told the media he has a background as a craftsman and people from working class are just like that; so the deal is done and over with.

Sometime I regret that I didn’t drop out of high school and created a career for my self.

While we are talking sex-cases with people on the top involved it seems that the case against Strauss-Kahn was a setup all along. Maybe the reason was that the United States wanted to keep France in the front of the attack on Libya. I cannot find any other reason. Please enlighten me if you have a theory.

Italy has ended an experiment which has lasted since 1994. What can we say about this period?

It was a try!

But despite all the good things they experienced during this period like the parties, putting the Germans into place and a general good spirit, something was missing.

In the old days the government worked together with the part of the industry which is located in the south of Italy where the poor part of the population is living – Huge organizations with foreign connections to the United States which were able to work efficient despite all efforts by the police, custom and tax departments – Huge organizations with the potential to boost the export.

Under Berlusconi the focus went north to the regions which should have been part of Austria. Of course the politics made much of the crime committed by people who wanted to be a part of Austria disappear. There are some who state that the suicide by Aldo Moro was a murder and some members of the political elite back then were involved in this incident. Under the rule of Berlusconi we saw no bombings and kidnappings.

But we also were signs that Italy was moving away from democracy. The actions of Giuliano Mignini in the Amanda Knox case made many Europeans wonder if Italy belonged in among the countries in the European Union. Businessmen like me began to wonder if their industry was collapsed. Denmark bought fewer than 100 trains in Italy back in 1999. They have not been able to produce all these trains now where we write 2011.

It became clear that Italy began an experiment back in 1994. It is time to end this experiment now and they need to move on. But to where?

I believe that they need to present something safe. They need to go back and recreate the political environment which existed before Berlusconi entered politics and they need to do this despite claims of close ties to criminal elements. Those ties would not scare us – the European customers – off. We recognize the Italian culture. We do know how their society works.

However, they need to act now. Europe has never needed swift action from Italy as it is the case now.

My new job as a spy

Denmark is going towards a real lockdown of our society. We are about to create a kind of Stasi society where my job as a citizen is to see to that my neighbor or a contractor I hire pay their taxes. Otherwise I if don’t spy on them, I can get punished and be ordered to pay their taxes.

But I am only a private citizen and I don’t have the money to pay for both a private eye and a contractor every time I need a contractor, so I will not hire anyone at all. Even if something at my house is destroyed, I will choose not to fix it if I cannot do it on myself.

Our relations to foreign countries like China and India

Our out-of-the-country-minister as he is called or our foreign minister as most people would call the position he has was able to insult the Chinese rule on the mainland. Of course we have to recognize them instead of the legitimate government which was forced to flee the mainland to the island where they are now. But it doesn’t mean that we cannot tell them how civilized people treat their citizens. If they are insulted as result of this they can take the next plane home. As Danes who represent the most superior culture in the world it is our role to teach other governments how to behave themselves.

We also managed to get the government down in India angry because we have an independent court system. Not that it is something to be worried about. Of course most remember their ruthless attack on Goa where they destroyed a happy colony and left people in despair. There was not a lot of liberation in this shameful attack as they had not opposition when they attacked.

With Asia out of the picture as a market our students are now advice to look at South America as a possible new export market. Brazil looks rather interesting. Henning Albert Boilesen, who so tragically lost his life back in 1971, did make grounds for a possible increase in the export to Brazil. The present citizens owe him so much and he was knighted here in Denmark.

The problem is that most students are not that interested in the languages used in Sound America. I hope that student’s advisers will help the young people to make the right choices.

Libya

So they killed their leader and our planes did a good job so they could finish him off. Unfortunately his punishment was a minor one. Instead they should have given him a rather sadictic punishment like the one Lindsay Lohan is suffering right now. The judges in the United States seem all to have their friends in business and shetlers so they can get something in return by sending offenders to the friends to serve out their punishment. Combine such a corrupt system with 24/7 coverage from the media and you have how Lohan have to live her life. See that is a cruel punishment.

I hope that the people in Libya one day may enjoy more freedom than we are used to in Denmark, because Denmark is slowly moving down the level so one day it may be the other way around. Maybe we would be the people reaching out for help.

A decade where my country did a lot to preserve our small but superior country, the election marked an end and a closure – properly not only the end of a period in Danish politics where the Danish People Party excelled their best to increase border protection and protect the culture.

But despite their effort cheap labor from Eastern Europe continues to flow in over our borders. The European Union works to break us with their tons of legislation.

What should we think of letting them decide when and for how long we must close our border when a massive wave of home invasions have made most of families hide in their houses in pure fear?

What should we think of their suggest to lower the speed limits in the towns to only 30 km/hour and a zero-limit for alcohol for younger drivers? First most of our streets were constructed at a time where the general speed limit inside the towns was 60 km/hours. Second alcohol is a vital component of the human resource strategies in our firms. How can the youth network their way in to firms so they won’t be laid off first when a smaller crisis affects the firms?

I know what we should do. We should consider leaving the European Union where our only job seems to pay for the lazy people in Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Most of the countries have only themselves to blame. Greece abandoned democracy and their king leaving all to chaos. Spain did not surrender 100 percent to their tourist industry. Once they complain about drunken customers they expose themselves to be poor businessmen and lousy hostesses. Only Portugal can hardly be blamed as we didn’t support them when they were attacked by India and they were busy securing a peaceful exit from their colonies in Africa. I cannot blame Italy because it is the nature of the country to be corrupt and they have a leader which I admire both as politician but just as much as a real man of the old-fashioned kind.

But regardless of my respect for some of the countries the fact is that we are paying their bills. We cannot afford it. We have to leave the European Union.

I used this month to visit Copenhagen. Soon it will be impossible as they consider demanding a lot of money for travelers using their car. Public transport is overfilled and slow. Out here where I live there is a bus every second hour. Public transport is only something you can use if you live in a larger town these days. It was nice but also nostalgic to catch the last view of our capital before a wall is put down separating the town from the rest of Denmark.

I fear for the future. I fear increased taxes. I fear a prime minister who privately uses every tax scheme possible to secure her private economy while we ordinary citizens must pay in full. I fear that my children will not learn our culture if the legal drinking age for alcohol is increased and the high school no longer can offer Friday bars to the students. Then they will grow up lonely not caring about other people. Some will even start to shot at each other as they do over in Koege. In general I fear that life as I know it will stop and we as a country will cease to be an independent nation.

September was certainly no fun. I can only pray that it will get better.
